Replies are rewarded; discussions are welcome. ------------------------------------------- Recently, Nanjing Baose Color Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Baose Color”) completed the production of the super-large pressure vessels, which are key components of the hydrometallurgical processing project for nickel and cobalt carried out by Zhejiang Huayou Cobalt Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Huayou”). This achievement further strengthens Baose Color’s leading position in the field of new energy equipment, and it marks another breakthrough in the company’s ability to develop high-end special-purpose equipment, bringing its capabilities to world-leading levels. The autoclave, a key piece of equipment for the Huayue Nickel-Cobalt hydrometallurgical processing project delivered by Baose in 2020, marked a historic moment in which major domestic manufacturing equipment made its way abroad, breaking foreign monopolies and technical barriers. The autoclave developed this time surpassed the requirements of the Huayue Nickel-Cobalt project in terms of specifications, weight per unit, technical and quality standards, as well as manufacturing complexity, thus creating another industry miracle. The equipment is 8 meters in height and 44 meters in length; its main structure is made of thick-walled titanium-steel composite panels, and the weight of a single unit is nearly 1,200 tons. Baose established a comprehensive project management organization, strictly adhered to ASME standards and the provisions of technical agreements, maintained strict quality controls, made efforts to overcome various technical challenges, developed comprehensive solutions, and worked together with Huayou’s project team to advance the project progress efficiently and swiftly; as a result, the first high-pressure reactor was delivered on time and in high quality. This represents another example of close cooperation between Huayou and Baose as partners in the Huayue Nickel-Cobalt project. Going forward, the two parties will continue to deepen their collaboration in order to achieve mutual benefits, thereby contributing to the joint development of high-end equipment for special materials as well as the global new energy lithium battery materials industry.
