The high-pressure liquid nitrogen pump for Zhejiang Jinju Chemical Co., Ltd.’s 39,000 standard cubic meters per hour air separation unit upgrade project successfully produced qualified nitrogen, and the project’s first commissioning trial was a success. 　　It is reported that the Jinju air separation project is located within the Juhua factory complex in Kecheng District, Quzhou City, Zhejiang Province. It was invested and constructed by Jinju Chemical Industry, with a total investment of 299.8 million yuan. The project consists of an oxygen production unit with a capacity of 39,000 standard cubic meters per hour, as well as backup storage tanks for oxygen and nitrogen. It is located at the very beginning of the production chain in the synthetic ammonia feedstock transformation project carried out by Jinju Chemical Industry; it serves as the key facility in the entire process. Its role is to supply instrument air, process air, and sealing gas to the whole plant, as well as high- and low-pressure oxygen and nitrogen to the downstream units. Additionally, it produces liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, and liquid argon.
