The construction work for the supporting facilities of Yuenenghua’s 150,000 tons per year batch-process EVA production facility commenced successfully. On March 15, the groundbreaking ceremony for the supporting facilities and system projects related to this 150,000 tons per year batch-process EVA production facility was held at Shaanxi Yanchang Zhongmei Yulin Energy Chemical Co., Ltd. (referred to as “Yuenenghua”). The commencement of work this time marks the official entry into the full construction phase of the supporting projects for this EVA plant, laying a solid foundation for the smooth progress of the entire project and its completion and commissioning on schedule. The 150,000 tons per year batch-process EVA project at Yulin Energy Chemical is a key construction project of the Yan’an Petroleum Group; it is also included in the key industrial upgrading initiatives of the provincial, municipal, and county governments. It holds significant strategic importance for the company in terms of optimizing its product portfolio and expanding its industrial chain. The supporting facilities and system projects that are now under construction serve as a crucial foundation for the successful operation of the EVA plant; they include essential elements such as auxiliary facilities and pipeline installation, and have a direct impact on the quality of construction and the efficiency of project progress. It is reported that the 150,000 tons per year batch-process EVA project of Yueneng Chemical has been established in the Jingbian Economic and Technological Development Zone in Yulin, Shaanxi. Once the project is completed and put into operation, the related products will be able to serve as substitutes for imported ones. They will find wide applications in areas such as photovoltaic films and high-end cables, thereby helping to fill the gap in the supply of high-quality EVA materials in China and facilitating the high-quality transformation and upgrading of the regional energy and chemical industries.
