On June 29, Shanghai Jinjian Investment (East China Regional Headquarters), in collaboration with Shanghai Rongda Investment Management Co., Ltd., utilized an innovative approach based on \"resource integration + financial support + end-to-end coordination\" to foster deep integration between industry and finance. This effort enabled Shanxi Installation Group Co., Ltd. to win the contract for the production of 1.2 million tons per year of PBAT biodegradable polyester at Inner Mongolia Dongjing Zhongke New Materials Co., Ltd., with an EPC contract value of 5.5 billion yuan. 　　The newly signed project for the production of 1.2 million tons per year of PBAT biodegradable polyester is of great significance; it is the first project to be successfully implemented as a result of the collaborative efforts between Shanghai Jinjian Investment (its East China regional headquarters) and Shanghai Rongda Company. The project is located in Wuhai City, Inner Mongolia, and upon completion it will become the largest single PBAT biodegradable polyester production line in China. This will not only significantly enhance China’s scale and technical level in the PBAT production sector, but it will also strongly promote the improvement and development of related industrial chains. 　　The successful signing of this project marks a solid step forward for Shanghai Jinjian Investment (East China Regional Headquarters) and Shanghai Rongda Company in their efforts to establish the group’s market development center, investment and financing service center, and information exchange center in the East China region. At the same time, this is also a significant achievement of Shanghai Jinjian Investment (East China Regional Headquarters) in carrying out in-depth collaborative efforts across the entire industry chain in the field of energy and chemicals. The implementation of this project will effectively promote coordination among upstream and downstream industries; various stages, from raw material supply to product production, sales, and related supporting services, will all see new opportunities for development. On June 7, the annual production capacity of 1.2 million tons of PBAT biodegradable polyester for Inner Mongolia Dongjing Zhongke New Materials Co., Ltd. was approved for registration. The notification from the Uda District Development and Reform Commission indicates that the industrial project of Inner Mongolia Dongjing Zhongke New Materials Co., Ltd., which involves the production of 1.2 million tons per year of PBAT biodegradable polyester, meets the industry policies and market access standards; therefore, its registration is approved. Construction location: Wuhai City -- Wuda District -- Wuda Industrial Park, Wuhai High-Tech Industry Development Zone. Total investment: 5,512.16 million yuan, of which self-funded capital amounts to 1,653.65 million yuan; bank loans applied for amount to 3,858.51 million yuan, with 0 million yuan from other sources. Planned construction period: October 2025 to October 2027. Construction scale and scope: This project aims to build a production line for biodegradable polyester PBAT resin with an annual output of 1.2 million tons, as well as a THF recovery unit. Additionally, auxiliary facilities such as a central control room, substation, cabinet room, tank area, heat medium station, circulating water station, and sewage treatment station will be constructed.
