An investment of 580 million yuan has been made for the construction project of Guizhou Quanxin Chemical Technology, which aims to produce 3,880 tons of electronic specialty gases per year. August 20, 2025 – Recently, information regarding this project was made public on relevant websites. Basic Information of the Project: Project Name: Guizhou Quanxin Chemical Technology Co., Ltd.’s Project for Annual Production of 3,880 Tons of Electronic Specialty Gases. Owner of the project: Guizhou Quanxin Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. Nature of the construction: New construction. Investment required for construction: The total investment for this project is 579.299 million yuan. Location of construction: Shuanglong Area, Qiannan High-Tech Industrial Development Zone (Chemical Industry Park). Construction period: The project is scheduled to start in July 2025 and be completed by June 2027, resulting in a construction period of 24 months. Main components of the construction: The main elements of this project include office buildings, production workshops, warehouses, as well as various auxiliary buildings, with a total construction area of 46,247 m2. A project to produce nitrogen trifluoride, tungsten hexafluoride, electron-grade hydrogen fluoride, and high-purity fluorine-nitrogen mixtures is planned. Upon completion, it will enable an annual production of 3,200 tons of nitrogen trifluoride, 500 tons of tungsten hexafluoride, 80 tons of electron-grade hydrogen fluoride, and 100 tons of fluorine-nitrogen mixtures; in addition, 1,800 tons of 50% hydrofluoric acid will be produced as a by-product. The nitrogen trifluoride production line will have a capacity of 3,200 tons per year (with two electrolysis lines, each with a capacity of 1,600 tons per year). The product plan includes a production capacity of 3,200 t/a of nitrogen trifluoride (of which 240 t/a is used as raw material for the production of tungsten hexafluoride, with 2,960 t/a sold); 500 t/a of tungsten hexafluoride; 100 t/a of high-purity fluorine-nitrogen mixture; and 80 t/a of electronic-grade hydrogen fluoride (of which 30 t/a is used internally as raw material for the production of the high-purity fluorine-nitrogen mixture, with 50 t/a sold). The nitrogen trifluoride production facility also generates 1,800 t/a of hydrofluoric acid as a by-product, at a rate of 50%. Guizhou Quanxin Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. was established on November 19, 2024. Its headquarters is located in the northern area of the Fine Chemical Industry Park in Shuanglong Industrial Park, Niuchang Town, Fuquan City, Qiannan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, Guizhou Province. The legal representative is Yin Jianyou. The company’s registered capital is 10 million yuan, and its business scope includes the research and development and manufacturing of specialty electronic materials, the production and sales of chemical products, as well as technical services.
