China National Petroleum Corporation Jilin Petrochemical Company’s 1,000-ton capacity high-performance carbon fiber project: This project is located within the fertilizer factory of the Petrochemical Company in Longtan District, Jilin City, Jilin Province, and was invested in and constructed by the Jilin Petrochemical Branch of China National Petroleum Corporation. A new 1,400-ton/year high-performance carbon fiber production facility is being established, using acrylonitrile as the main raw material. It includes key units such as polymerization, spinning, carbonization, and solvent recovery, along with supporting infrastructure for storage, transportation, pipelines, as well as utility and auxiliary systems. The project investment amount is 1,299 million yuan.
