Contents and Scale of Construction: This project is located at the intersection of Planning Third Road and Haineng Road in the Changyi Longchi Chemical Industry Park. It will be constructed in two phases. The initial investment amounts to 560 million yuan, which will be used to build office buildings, a quality inspection center, staff canteens, a main substation, a control room, power workshops, raw material storage areas, an LNG vaporization workshop, an alkali fusion workshop, an acidification workshop, a molten salt-based potassium nitrate production workshop, a potassium nitrate production workshop for agricultural use, packaging workshops, and warehouses ； Purchase 200 sets of equipment such as ingredient mixing kettles and alkali fusion reactors. Upon completion of the first phase, the facility will be capable of producing 120,000 tons per year of potassium nitrate (60,000 tons per year in the form of potassium nitrate produced using molten salt, and 60,000 tons per year for agricultural use), as well as 90,000 tons per year of nanoscale quartz materials. The second phase of investment amounts to 611 million yuan, which will be used to build facilities such as an alkali fusion workshop, an acidification workshop, a molten salt potassium nitrate production workshop, an agricultural potassium nitrate production workshop, a packaging workshop, and warehouses ； Purchase 300 sets of equipment such as ingredient mixing kettles, alkali fusion reactors, and dilution kettles ； Upon completion of the second phase, the facility will have an annual production capacity of 180,000 tons of potassium nitrate (90,000 tons per year of potassium nitrate produced using molten salt methods, and 90,000 tons per year for agricultural use), as well as 135,000 tons of nanoscale quartz materials.
