The scope of work undertaken by the project team includes the reclaimed water treatment facilities for the second phase of the base, as well as the low-salt wastewater treatment systems; this involves 8 core components along with the supporting infrastructure within the designated area. During the project construction, the project team adopted targeted measures to overcome various challenges such as limited site space, concurrent construction by multiple specialties, and the need for extensive coordination among the participating parties. By adopting the \"modular design + phased construction by zones\" approach, construction efficiency and project quality are significantly improved ； A mechanism for \"real-time communication and real-time scheduling\" is established to efficiently coordinate and resolve on-site issues such as technical inconsistencies and conflicts arising from concurrent operations, ensuring that all construction tasks progress smoothly and that the mechanical installation is completed on schedule. As the core environmental protection facility of the base, this water treatment system establishes a comprehensive green water treatment framework based on \"treated water according to different quality levels + recycling\".
