Recently, with the successful shipment of the pressurized carbon dioxide buffer tanks, LANSI Heavy Equipment has successively completed and delivered 17 key pieces of equipment it manufactured for the gasification unit in Phase 1 of the olefins, aromatics, and deep processing project for the 15 million tons per year clean and efficient conversion of coal – a project that is part of the EPC contract awarded by Aerospace Changzheng Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd. (referred to as “Aerospace Engineering”) to Shaanxi Coal Group Yulin Chemical Co., Ltd. (referred to as “Shaanxi Coal Yulin Chemical”). This project is a key initiative in Shaanxi Province and Yulin City, and it serves as a model for promoting the advanced, diversified, and low-carbon development of the coal chemical industry. The gasification unit of this project utilizes the pulverized coal pressurized gasification technology developed independently by the aerospace industry. The 9 pressurized carbon dioxide buffer tanks, 2 high-pressure nitrogen buffer tanks, 4 coal transport carbon dioxide buffer tanks, and 2 carbon dioxide washing towers manufactured by Lansi Heavy Equipment provide the necessary equipment to supply syngas as a raw material for production, thereby ensuring the stable operation of subsequent units such as those used for methanol synthesis and the production of olefins from methanol. This batch of equipment features a large quantity, large specifications, and a heat tracing tube structure on its outer walls, requiring high manufacturing standards. Units such as the sales branch, the refining and chemical processing branch, and the mobile factory branch work closely together to actively meet customer needs and coordinate production plans. To address challenges such as the large volume of welding work required for the longitudinal and circumferential seams of cylinders, the refining and chemical processing branch added additional welding stations to accelerate the construction process as much as possible ； Synchronize the optimization of production processes and advance the surface treatment of the heat tracing coils in advance, thereby effectively reducing the overall manufacturing and delivery timeline. To date, 4 pressurized carbon dioxide buffer tanks have been completed and shipped, with the remaining equipment being manufactured at full speed as planned.
