According to Shaanxi Coal Yulin Chemical Company, on April 28, 2026, with the last space furnace being installed smoothly and precisely, all 9 gasification furnaces involved in Phase 1 of Stage 2 of Yulin Chemical’s 15 million tons per year demonstration project for the clean and efficient conversion of coal into various products were installed 15 days ahead of schedule. The first gasifier was lifted on April 14. According to Suzhou Tianwo Technology Company, Zhanghua Machinery is responsible for manufacturing (the furnace shells and the overall assembly) of 9 3,500-ton-class aerospace gasification furnaces for the second phase, stage 1 of the 15 million tons per year demonstration project for the clean and efficient conversion of coal at Yulin Chemical, Shaanxi Coal Group. The space vaporization furnace has a diameter of 4.3 meters, a total length of over 26.6 meters, and a weight of 446 tons. Vaporization pressure: 6.5 MPa, daily coal input: 3,500 tons.
