The 25th National \"Safety Production Month\" in 2026: Everyone should talk about safety and know how to handle emergencies; risks and hazards need to be identified and addressed. -------------------------------------------------- On June 18, the Binzhou Ecology and Environment Bureau issued a public notice regarding its intended decision on approving the environmental impact assessment documents for Shandong Chenkai Chemical Co., Ltd.’s projects related to boron trifluoride and its various complexes, industrial ether, and aluminum sulfate. The details of the project are as follows: Project name: Boron trifluoride and its series of complexes, industrial ether, and aluminum sulfate project ； Construction location: West side of Fuyuan Fifth Road, Chemical Industry Park, Zhanhua Economic Development Zone, Binzhou City, Shandong Province ； Nature of construction: New construction ； Construction unit: Shandong Chenkai Chemical Co., Ltd ； Project investment: 328 million yuan ； Construction scale and contents: The main structures to be built include one Class A workshop – the liquid filling workshop – and one tower area; one Boron Trifluoride filling workshop – a Class E workshop; one Class A warehouse, one Class E shed, one Class E warehouse, and one Class E storage room; as well as one thermal oil boiler house, a storage tank area, loading/unloading facilities, and other supporting and auxiliary works. Within the Class A workshop, production facilities for boron trifluoride ether complex and boron trifluoride acetonitrile complex will be installed; in the tower area, an ether production facility will be set up. In the Class E workshop, production facilities for boron trifluoride and aluminum sulfate will be constructed. Upon completion, the project is expected to produce 3,500 tons/year of boron trifluoride, 7,500 tons/year of boron trifluoride ether complex, 17,500 tons/year of boron trifluoride acetonitrile complex, 15,000 tons/year of aluminum sulfate, and 1,000 tons/year of ether ； Construction period: 10 months.
