Sliding bearings or reducers in large-scale units, based on their vibration levels, operate stably; especially in imported equipment, there are no vulnerable components, and in my opinion no maintenance is needed either. Regarding the methods for maintenance, considering stability, it is best to have the work done by the manufacturer; this involves adjustments such as those to the gear surface, gear contact, side clearance, and bearing play. Moreover, many manufacturers do not provide this type of data, so decisions have to be made based on experience
