I want to help my friend’s workshop-style factory install an integrated system for treating electroplating wastewater; the volume of wastewater generated is 3–4 tons per day. I’m looking for a skilled designer to work on this, preferably one who can design a solution that can be mounted on a skid.
Electroplating or electroless plating, for the product? We can provide skid-mounted electroplating equipment; the requirements for the effluent water also need to be specified
What are the components of water samples? I have tuned several sets of electroplating wastewater treatment systems on-site; check my personal space logs
This workshop doesn’t even have a factory building; it only has a shed, and electroplating used to be carried out outdoors. Now that rectification is required, I think direct evaporation could be considered if the costs are not high.
If only chemical methods are used, the final treatment solution also contains a large amount of salts.
