Shrinkage upon molding: refers to the difference between the dimensions of the product while it is still warm and out of the mold cavity, and its dimensions after it has cooled down to room temperature. 2. Polymer alloys: Materials that are formed by the physical compounding of plastics with each other or by the chemical modification of plastics or rubbers, and which are homogeneous on a macroscopic scale but phase-separated on a microscopic scale. 3. Artificial leather: A composite material made by using fabric, paper, or glass cloth as a substrate, with viscous plastics (PVC, PU) coated on it. 4. Head compression ratio: refers to the ratio of the cross-sectional area of the flow channel at the outlet of the diverter bracket to the area of the annular gap formed between the outlet die and the mandrel of the head. 5. Cold pressure sintering molding: This is a plastic molding technique in which a certain amount of material is placed into a mold at room temperature, and under high pressure a dense green part is formed. This green part is then sent to a high-temperature furnace where it is sintered for a certain period of time; after being taken out of the furnace and cooled, it becomes the final product.
Additional note: Artificial leather is synthetic resin and various plastics. The use of plasticizers varies depending on the needs.
