Valve selection for evacuating a container before filling it with atmospheric pressure gas

A container needs to be evacuated and left at rest before being filled with gas at normal pressure; what kind of valve is needed for this purpose, a vacuum valve? Is it still a regular valve? Or are there other options?
Argon welding? ? You can take a look at the coaxial valve.
For vacuum-related aspects in both of our devices, all are ordinary valves. Minimum absolute pressure: 4 KPa.

I have sold them to an Austrian company in Beijing; they manufacture vacuum chambers for argon welding – they first create a vacuum and then fill the chamber with argon. What I sold them was a coaxial valve, and it works well.
I don’t understand the operating conditions you’re referring to – exactly how to evacuate the vacuum and then fill it with air. If there are no other requirements, ordinary valves fully meet the specifications
