Can one take the Chemical Engineering Qualification Exam and the First-Class Constructor Exam with different educational qualifications?

I took the CPA exam last year; my undergraduate degree met the required eligibility criteria, so I applied using that degree and passed the exam. I plan to take the First-Class Constructor exam this year; I’m eligible to take it two years after graduating with a master’s degree. I can apply using my master’s degree or my bachelor’s degree. Should I apply using a master’s degree or a bachelor’s degree? Will inconsistency have an impact?
For the limited-time master’s option, use a master’s degree; if that’s not enough, use a bachelor’s degree – either will do!
