We use turbines produced by domestic small manufacturers, and the medium used is acrylate. However, in terms of the manufacturing process, it was said that in the past they measured the materials using pounds, and our level of precision is not high enough to meet the requirements. I don’t know what would be suitable to meet the requirements – it has to be domestically produced, at a low price; ours costs 5,000 per unit, and the precision requirement is one in a thousand.

One-thousandth precision? Has the original poster lost their mind? It is also difficult for conventional mass flow meters to achieve such precision. Use the weighing method properly; flow meters simply do not have such precision.

To make it domestically produced, the price would only be 5,000; achieving a precision of one in a thousand is impossible – in fact, adding another zero might not even make it possible to achieve such precision.
You might also consider gear flow meters, which offer high precision at a relatively lower price

Even mass flowmeters cannot achieve a precision of 1‰. In theory, it’s possible for liquids, but these are usually calibrated using water as a reference; in actual operating conditions, the zero-point stability of the flowmeter itself also needs to be taken into account. As for gases, it’s already good if a precision of 5‰ can be achieved. Given your requirements, it’s better not to waste time on it. Domestic flowmeters have a precision of only one thousandth, and currently no flowmeter can meet your demands
