The company has newly purchased a batch of Roots flow meters for measuring the quantity of oil loaded onto vehicles. However, in actual use it was found that the vibration level is extremely high. The company’s management takes this very seriously, concerned that the pipelines and flexible hoses used for loading may generate sparks in areas with high concentrations of oil and gas due to the vibration, which could lead to fires or explosions. Vibration in pipelines is caused by water hammer; it is recommended to install electro-hydraulic valves and constant flow valves to effectively address this issue. The FBDF series of piston-type digital electro-hydraulic valves are controlled by electromagnetic pilot valves, with the main valve piston moving to any desired position driven by the pressure of the medium itself. Controlled through specialized computer software, these valves enable automatic regulation of the flow rate, velocity, and pressure of the conveyed medium, offering functions such as constant flow, constant pressure, and elimination of water hammer. The HLF100 constant flow valve is an automatic control valve that maintains a constant flow rate of the medium in the pipeline, even when there are fluctuations in the flow rate of that medium. Installing a constant flow valve on the pipeline for measuring fluids allows the flow meter to operate at a stable flow rate, improving the accuracy of oil measurement. It also prevents damage to the flow meter and other pipeline equipment caused by phenomena such as \"water hammer\" resulting from sudden changes in flow rate within the pipeline.
