Since the as-built drawings of the long-distance pipeline show several more bends than originally planned, will the owner impose a fine? How should trace mapping be done properly?
As I understand it, as-built drawings must be consistent with the actual conditions on site. As for the inconsistencies, report them to the manager.
There are a few extra corners; it seems that the construction wasn’t carried out according to the plans, otherwise this situation wouldn’t have occurred. It should be submitted to the client or the supervisor for review.
For the construction of long-distance pipelines, as long as the measurements are accurate, construction can be carried out according to the design drawings, and there won’t be any issues with sharp corners
It’s not included in the construction drawings but is present in the as-built drawings; you need to provide the reasons for the change and determine what caused it. If it’s due to objective factors, things might be okay, but if it’s a mistake on your part in the design, you are generally responsible for it. The key lies in the outcome of the discussions you have with the client.
