May I ask: What is the heat generation of a DCS cabinet, in watts approximately? Used to install air conditioning in cabinet rooms. Thank you!
It’s best to consult the DCS manufacturer for this; otherwise, you’ll have to estimate the power based on the electrical equipment inside the cabinet, which is quite troublesome.
How small is the cabinet room? Our cabinets are in the control room, with central air conditioning
Simply use a clamp meter to measure the current in the circuit before the main switch; once there is current and voltage, power is then available.
Same question: is it necessary to have an air-conditioning room in the on-site cabinet room? Can I use only individual indoor units?
If central air conditioning is used, there is no need to install separate air conditioning in the cabinet room; otherwise, the cabinet room needs to be equipped with air conditioning as the cabinets generate a lot of heat.
I haven’t done this before; I should just contact the manufacturer! When our company did it, it seems like we didn’t consider these things either; the manufacturer would take care of them on their own
