What parameters should be considered when flushing a circulating cooling water system?
The water cleaning of the circulating cooling water system shall comply with the following provisions: (1) The cooling tower collection tank, the water intake tank of the pumps, and new pipes with a diameter of 800 mm or more shall be cleaned manually； (2) The flow rate of the cleaning water inside the pipeline shall be no less than 1.5 m/s; (3) The cleaning water should pass through the bypass pipe of the heat exchanger equipment ； (4) Chlorine should be added for disinfection during cleaning, and the residual chlorine level in the water should be kept within 0.8~1.0 mg/L.
