When the turbine crisis isolation valve is closed, 1. What is the state of the steam control valve? If it is in the closed state, how is the pressure released from the secondary oil and the oil used to control the steam regulating valve? Which valve position is used, and how does the actuator itself function?
It’s the unit from Hangzhou Motor, right? It will be clear if you take a look at the oil circuit diagram of the control system. If not, I’ll send one up.
Alternatively, search your forum for “Questions and Answers on Turbine Technology (Second Edition)” and check pages 119–121.
