Seeking advice on a 50m3/day slaughterhouse wastewater treatment project

1. The slaughterhouse slaughters 60–80 pigs per day; in addition, there is manure from pigs and cows kept in the holding areas, resulting in a wastewater volume of around 50 cubic meters per day. 2. The plant site currently has one septic tank and one ordinary brick-built tank, with dimensions of 15*6*1.6 and 15*6*2.4 respectively. Fecal wastewater and slaughterhouse wastewater first pass through the septic tank before reaching the brick-built tank. 7 septic tanks, 5 brick-built tanks. Now, we need to use these pools to build a sewage treatment plant. 3. On-site water quality: The COD level of the effluent from the septic tank is 2110, ammonia nitrogen is 225, and SS is 300; for the effluent from the brick-built tank, the COD value in the last measurement is 477 ； In the second-to-last field, the data is cod717: ammonia nitrogen at 230, SS at 190; BOD5 was not measured due to a broken constant-temperature incubator. (The front part of the septic tank has begun to solidify, so water samples from that area were not taken.) The discharge standards are COD of 80, ammonia nitrogen of 15, and BOD5 of 20. My question is: Can the COD level drop by so much as wastewater passes from the septic tank to the brick-lined tank? How can a brick-built pool be made waterproof? 5. My process concept is wastewater – wire mesh – septic tank – air flotation – hydrolysis acidification – contact oxidation – secondary sedimentation – disinfection – concentration – sludge drying tank, with the water from secondary sedimentation being returned to the hydrolysis tank. What are the issues with this process? Can the COD, ammonia nitrogen, and SS levels meet the required standards? ? Do any experts have any better ideas? If we use these two pools, how much would it cost to carry out this project?
