During the inspection, it was observed that there was dripping on the wall of the pipeline behind the safety valve bypass valve (the medium inside is liquefied gas). Can it be inferred that there is a leak inside the valve? What physical phenomenon is that drop of water?
It should be the water vapor that absorbs heat during vaporization and then condenses.

There are two reasons for sweating in liquefied gas pipelines: pressure relief and internal leakage. The reason for internal leakage and sweating is that liquefied gas is in a liquid state under the pressure conditions in the pipelines, and it leaks into the flare line. Due to the low pressure in the torch line, the liquefied gas vaporizes by absorbing heat, which lowers the temperature of the outer wall of the pipeline, resulting in sweating of the pipeline.
