Excessive aniline levels

Dyeing water is mainly used for dyeing cotton. Currently, the level of aniline in this water is too high; the concentration is around 7 when the water enters the system and around 4 when it exits. Does anyone have any effective solutions?
Aniline degrades slowly in conventional water treatment processes; should the aeration time be increased and the dissolved oxygen concentration raised? If only this one indicator is extremely high, could some process explorations be carried out for aniline?
At which stage does aniline removal mainly occur? At the current stage, we mainly use a hydrolysis + aerobic process, which results in a very poor removal rate for aniline, practically none at all.
It would be better to add some pre-treatment, right?~~
