After steam for stripping is introduced into the stripper, the pressure at the top of the tower drops significantly. I can’t figure out why this is happening
Could you be more specific? For example, the processes involved, and what adjustments were made after introducing the stripping steam.

Logically, it shouldn’t be possible; the normal amount of superheated stripping steam is 2–4% of the feed volume. If too much steam is used, the tower pressure should increase.
The steam is superheated steam at 1.0 Mpa and a temperature of 260 degrees Celsius; in my recent understanding, hydrogen sulfide is removed by the steam stripping, which reduces the components in the vapor phase at the top of the tower, and as a result the pressure at the top of the tower decreases. I’m not sure if this understanding is correct
A stripping tower already contains steam; then what does it rely on to operate before steam is introduced?

It’s possible. I’m not sure what the hydrogen sulfide level in the acidic gas from your facility is. Also, is the tower relatively cold at the start of operation, causing steam to condense? Check whether the level in the reflux tank rises
During steam injection, the feed temperature of the tower was normal, and the amount of steam injected was increased gradually from low to high; in my opinion, the pressure should have risen
