NOTE: These costs will be affected by indirect factors as well as the terms agreed upon regarding utilities. I don’t understand it completely, but it seems that these costs can be changed, as long as the utility requirements are met. :P
Utility services and other factors specified in the contract can affect the amount of this fee.
My personal understanding is that prices will be influenced by an indirect and publicly recognized factor. But something feels off, and I can’t explain its purpose. This note is used below a labor unit price table.
NOTE: This cost will be affected by indirect expenses and the agreed-upon utility fees. Note: Due to miscellaneous charges and the agreed utility costs, this price will vary. In discussions regarding cost prices, Indirect is equivalent to incidental; in Chinese it can be translated as “miscellaneous fees””
