The container is required to be protected with nitrogen; then what pressure should be maintained inside the container after nitrogen filling? Also, what is the concentration of the nitrogen gas used? Are there any standard specifications for this? Also, when replacing the air in the container, how is it determined that the replacement is successful? Are there any standards or guidelines to guide this process? Thank you.
I remember seeing it in that technical attachment; I really don’t care that much about whether such standards exist or not.

It shouldn’t be that low, right? A pressure gauge is needed after filling with nitrogen – can a pressure gauge read 0.3 bar? Also, how can one determine whether the replacement has been successful?
That’s a good question. I am aware of the use of nitrogen for protecting equipment, but I really haven’t paid attention to the things you mentioned

1. Sealed containers generally require nitrogen filling for protection; 2. The benefits of nitrogen protection include preventing oxidation and moisture intrusion, as well as detecting leaks; 3. A normal reading for the pressure gauge under nitrogen protection is between 0.02–0.05 MPa; 4. Nitrogen should be released from the equipment before piping is installed; 5. If the blind flanges or manholes on the equipment need to be removed during installation, nitrogen does not necessarily need to be refilled after the equipment is in place, but sealing measures must still be taken; 6. If the blind flanges or manholes are removed and not reinstalled for a short period of time, nitrogen needs to be refilled. There doesn’t seem to be any strict rule for this, right? We replace the air with nitrogen only after ensuring airtightness; the oxygen content in the nitrogen should be less than 3 percent, and the pressure maintained in the equipment should be no more than one kilogram.
To prevent accelerated equipment corrosion and maintain equipment cleanliness, nitrogen at a pressure of 0.02~0.05 MPa is used.
It’s usually a pressure range; we’ve even reached at least 5 KPa
