Dear experts in instrumentation, my company is working on a project for producing hydrogen through the conversion of coke oven gas. The general process flow is: gas – compression – precise desulfurization – methane conversion – carbon monoxide conversion – PSA pressure swing adsorption – hydrogen. A tender is upcoming for control valves, and I was wondering if you could recommend some manufacturers that offer good quality at reasonable prices; the valves are to be used for oxygen. It’s best to choose domestic large companies or joint ventures with strong performance; imported products are too expensive.
It’s best to choose domestic large companies or joint ventures with strong performance; in that case, the quality is good even though the price can’t be low
Wuzhong Instruments, Wuxi Tooling, Chongqing Chuanyi. Imported Fisher, Foss, Samson, etc
It’s a bit of an exaggeration; it just means it offers good value for money. Performance and quality are of course the top priorities. I work in process engineering as well, and I certainly don’t want to risk my own safety just to save some money for the company.
Thank you very much. I’ve run out of gifts for today; I will definitely give you some another time.
The third floor is good, as it covers most of the manufacturers. It’s used a lot – Maysonilan, Zhongde
Should we buy some instruments to play with?
Wuzhong Instruments, Wuxi Tooling, Chongqing Chuanyi – which of these Chinese brands offers better products? Can pure oxygen pipelines be used with them? My previous workplace used control valves made by Wuxi Worktools, which were quite good; I heard they are based on Japanese technology.
I work in the field of hydrogen production from natural gas, and I use control valves made by KOSO (Wuxi Tools). I’ve been using them for 9 years now; aside from one control valve whose stem failed, I have only had to replace a few positioners.
It seems that the control valves of (Wuxi workwear) are quite good, and they merit close examination.
