Tables or charts related to the management of rotating equipment

Do any of you who work in the marine industry handle equipment management in chemical companies? I need a table or chart. For example, when a pump should be switched over, or how long the bearing seals of a pump last – does anyone have charts on this, with records from several years? A single chart can show all that. I don’t know what type of chart to use; please give me some suggestions. To plan maintenance, writing things down on paper isn’t the way to go, after all, paperless office practices are being promoted these days.

If the management at the owner’s company places a lot of emphasis on equipment management, it is recommended to find a manufacturer that offers equipment management software. This way, even the company’s chairman can keep track of the equipment’s operation status, the inventory of spare parts, and compare the performance of different pieces of equipment, all from his office. However, such software can be quite expensive; our company has not used it, I’ve only seen it mentioned online.
