Dear sea friends, recently our refinery has been carrying out intensive training programs for senior staff. I prepared materials on basic environmental protection knowledge, but the management felt that it contained too much theoretical content and was not applicable in practice. So, how can intensive training for environmental protection positions be integrated with practice? It’s so frustrating; I have no ideas.
