YB231-70 HG501-58 HG45-1991 JB/T4725-92 JB154-76 JB580-79 JB40 YB804-70 Pg6Dg80. What is the difference between 1Cr18Ni9Ti and 0Cr18Ni9Ti? How should one calculate the coiled tubes in fermentation tanks? I hope someone can give me some guidance
It seems you’re looking at old documents; the standards mentioned in them are basically no longer in use, such as YB231 and similar ones. The standard methods are also not needed, similar to PG. Heat exchange calculations need to be performed for the coil; refer to the heat exchanger manual
JB/T4725-92 is the old standard for ear-type supports； JB580-79 is the old manhole standard ； Pg6Dg80 is the old identification method for pipe flanges ； 1Cr18Ni9Ti and 0Cr18Ni9Ti are also outdated methods for denoting stainless steel grades; they are no longer used today! As for the others, I haven’t come into contact with them either! Sorry about that! !
For comparison, YB is a standard from the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry, while HG is a standard from the Ministry of Chemical Industry; these two groups of stainless steels correspond to the current 321 and 321L grades
