In state-owned enterprises, one always encounters troublesome little problems. Many things should be handled normally, but the staff always make things extremely difficult. A friend works in a toxic and hazardous position at a state-owned chemical plant. When it was time to apply for early retirement, an employee from the company’s human resources department claimed that the position did not fall under the category of toxic or hazardous jobs. When my friend presented the relevant evidence, the employee said that the company’s records were not properly maintained and were incomplete, so it was impossible to prove that the friend had worked in that position for 8 years. Then they said the pay slip couldn’t be provided. Sigh. . . . . . . . A friend asked me what to do What do you think?
Is there such a phenomenon too? ? In many state-owned enterprises, what matters is networking and having good relationships; people try to use their connections or offer some bribes so that everyone can help each other out·····:)
Find his leader; once the leader takes care of it, the subordinates won’t dare to act recklessly. When issuing certificates in the past, there were tons of comments; even their supervisors didn’t know exactly how many supporting documents were required.
As long as the documents are forged and relevant, everything can be processed; but for legitimate matters that are proper, obstacles are created. This is what happens in state-owned enterprises, and it’s the reality in China today!
Don’t get entangled with those little demons; move up level by level...
There are tons of proofs, but only a few are useful. I’m not asking you to create a bunch of useless things.
It’s just a matter of money; one can spend money to get covert photos as evidence, and once the task is completed, those photos can be used to eliminate him.
There are such people everywhere; just go straight to the top bosses. .
