There is currently a hazardous waste incineration power generation facility that uses a rotary kiln boiler for combustion. As is well known, under normal circumstances, boilers are designed to operate for no more than 8,000 hours per year. What I want to ask is, how many days per year does the boiler operate, and how many hours per day on average?
The boiler generally operates for 300 days per year, with about 24 hours per day on average?
Give priority to 24 hours； Ovens really hate being turned on and off repeatedly!! The operation is unstable!! Extra time is spent preventing unexpected issues ； The time it takes for a furnace to go from being shut down for maintenance to being restarted and operating stably is generally very long!! 8,000 hours is a rather strict target for 24-hour operation; careful attention is required, as otherwise it won’t be possible to reach 8,000 hours.
