The company needs to conduct tests on 320 Number lubricant regarding parameters such as water content, viscosity, and cleanliness. Does anyone know of any third-party testing institutions in the vicinity of Urumqi that can handle such tests?

One can go to the quality inspection center of Wushi Petrochemical or that of Dushanzi Petrochemical; these lubricant parameters can be tested at large oil refineries. There’s no need to rely on third-party testing agencies; for the testing of such oils, it’s best to send them to petrochemical plants or lubricant companies for inspection. It is in these places that there are professional oil testing equipment and technical personnel. In addition, provincial import and export inspection and quarantine bureaus should also have similar testing laboratories. Also, don’t keep kneeling and begging; who sees whether you’re kneeling or not. Your knees aren’t something you can use to kneel wherever you meet someone.
