Before purging and pressure testing, the instruments should be removed, and short stubs should be used in place of the flow meters and valve installations. Of course, those with a root valve can also have the root valve closed

During strength tests such as hydrostatic or pneumatic testing, it must be removed; After the strength test, for the leakiness test, everything must be reset before participating in the test.
For those that need to be removed, the instrument doesn’t require separate pressurization!
When blowing the whistle, we usually remove the instruments; for those that cannot be removed, blind flanges are installed at both ends to isolate them, and the blowing air is directed through alternative lines
After disassembly, short-circuit it; the instrument can then be pressure-tested together with the process pipelines (such as during back-pressure testing)
