Friends, when you work overtime at your workplace, does your boss pay you overtime pay?
Most of it is given as time off; there are also many cases where time is recorded and then compensated later. For middle and senior management, the concept of overtime doesn’t exist……
It’s given, or you can also take consecutive leave. There’s no end to free overtime
Some of our front-line employees have it, but middle and senior management does not!
It definitely has to be given, but it’s not clear whether it will coincide with working hours. If this is not specified in the salary, you can sue the company under labor law, and you will definitely win.
Mid-to-senior level employees all receive annual salaries; they get reimbursement for business trips and returns home – so why do they need overtime pay?
Then hold the idea of not doing this here – it’s a Chinese characteristic.
I’m leaving the company anyway; who cares? In the past, people often did this, especially on-site workers, who were not subject to industry restrictions. Those with higher educational qualifications and who don’t want to work at the grassroots level generally don’t dare to cause such trouble. But I think it doesn’t really matter; management in every company is constantly changing. If you offend one person, the previous manager at your new company might not be able to get rid of you, but there are also companies that are too lazy to bother offending anyone.

So are you saying that middle and senior managers have to sell the company’s assets? What does the cost of business trips have to do with overtime pay? Then those social dinners must be even more advantageous :L
