Subject to internal pressure. How is it not a pressure pipeline? It has to be, right. . . Article 2 of the Regulations on the Safety Management and Supervision of Pressure Pipelines defines pressure pipelines as: \"Special equipment used in production and daily life that may pose significant risks such as fires, explosions, or poisoning\""
Anything greater than 0.1 counts as a pressure pipeline, especially with the medium you’re using!
Take a look at the catalog of special equipment; based on your pressure and pipe diameter, it’s definitely a pressure pipeline
According to the “Announcement by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine on the Revision” (No. 114, 2014), it is mandatory.
