As the title suggests, what’s the situation with Hunan Anchun High-Tech Co., Ltd.? The basic salary is a bit low, while the bonuses promised are high (although I know they might not be reliable); it’s unclear whether those promises are true or not. I have friends in Changsha who may know more about the situation – could they give me some advice regarding the compensation and career prospects there?- - -

I’m in Changsha and know this company well; it’s a private enterprise listed in Singapore that primarily sells patented equipment, with its processes designed to support the sales of such equipment – for example, providing design services along with the purchase of equipment. The salary offered to you should not exceed 3,000, right? It would be considered good if you could get another 10,000–20,000 at the end of the year. If you are from Changsha or Hunan and want to return to your hometown, you might consider it; however, those from other places who wish to develop their careers here should think carefully, as the chemical industry in Hunan is not particularly strong.
This treatment is way too low; the overall standards in Changsha aren’t high either
