The product is gasoline, and the by-product is liquefied gas. May I ask what proportion gasoline products usually account for of the total product volume? (Mass percentage) Blended gasoline products usually have a high olefin content; what is the typical value? If liquefied gas after desulfurization of alcohols is used as the feedstock, with a total sulfur content of 20 ppm, what will be the sulfur content of the blended gasoline product? LPG obtained after MTBE treatment is commonly used as the raw material; its total sulfur content is low, likely being less than 10PPm. The yield of gasoline depends on the olefin content in the raw material, with the yield from C4 material after etherification being around 35%. It is impossible to make the olefins meet **standards; instead, a balance has to be achieved based on the products produced throughout the plant. What I encountered was an old foreign system in which the catalyzed liquefied gas, after desulfurization and dewaxing, went directly into the polymerization unit. No gas phase, MTBE unit. It is currently necessary to upgrade the gasoline specification.
It is recommended to use naphtha or gasoline to extract the sulfur from C4 first, before proceeding with the polymerization reaction
