I have no experience working with low pressure; the design range is 300 to 1500 ppm, and based on my personal experience, operating within the range of 800 to 1000 ppm results in more stable performance.
Around 800 is the best; the furnace temperature is neither too high nor too low, ensuring stable operation.
Generally, for 6.5 MPA, it is usually 150 ppm.

If a more precise indication of temperature is desired, a curve can be created using high-temperature thermocouples after the furnace starts operating, in order to reflect the temperature of the gasification furnace. However, controlling the temperature of the gasification furnace based on methane content is not very scientific; after all, different coal types have different ash melting points. Additionally, some coal types have a lower calorific value, so it is still necessary to determine the temperature of the gasification furnace based on the shape of the slag produced by it. In short, methane content can reflect the furnace temperature, but the operating temperature of the furnace is not determined by methane content.
It would be best to specify the pressure of the gasification furnace as well as the amount of methane present; it’s sufficient to know how well the methane level is controlled. As for how to determine the furnace temperature, one will naturally know what to do.
