For power wiring in Class A workshops, should steel pipes or cable trays be used? Previously, steel pipes were used for wiring, but now cable trays are desired. What type of cable tray meets the requirements for Class A workshops?
Hot-dip galvanized cable trays are used in conjunction with galvanized steel pipes for wiring; these trays are suitable for large equipment (those equipped with their own distribution boxes), while steel pipes are necessary for smaller equipment.
For Class A workshops, power supply reliability is given top priority; the cable trays used only need to be safe and reliable, meeting the environmental and process requirements, with no specific requirements regarding their design.
For the BV and BVR wires (lighting fixtures) in Class A workshops, conduit wiring must be used, and the fittings must be explosion-proof； Cables can be laid directly in cable trays, but explosion-proof gland fittings (clamping fittings) must be used when connecting to or separating from explosion-proof equipment ；
