What should you do if you happen to encounter your supervisor hiding to smoke while you are on an inspection at the site?
For your own safety, get out of there quickly; act like you didn’t see anything. The boss isn’t an idiot either. I believe he won’t act tough anymore. Outside the factory area, there are designated smoking areas – why would you smoke elsewhere? Are you trying to get yourself killed?
Smoking inside the factory will result in dismissal; there’s no choice but to avoid it
Flash, flash, flash; what can be done when the leader isn’t aware of it? Unless you want to challenge your boss and not have a good time at work.
Run outside the factory quickly; if it explodes, things will get bad.
Unless you don’t want to get involved, just act like you didn’t see it.
