Intermediate workers want to upgrade to technicians

Hello everyone, I am currently an intermediate-level worker (maintenance fitter) and I want to be promoted to a technician (maintenance fitter).
There should be local organizations that offer specialized training for these exams; just go there and sign up for the exam
The eligibility requirements are not met; only senior workers can assess technicians.

First, you need to apply to become a senior fitter； Second, about a year after obtaining the advanced technician certificate, you can apply to become a fitter technician ； To obtain the Level 2/Fitter Technician qualification, one needs: 1. To have already achieved the Senior Fitter level; 2. A secondary vocational education or higher, with longer working experience – a junior high school education may be accepted in some cases ； 3. At least 3 years of work experience in this field. Required documents: 1. Copy of ID card; 2. Copy of educational qualification certificate; 3. Copy of senior technician qualification certificate; 4. 6 1.5-inch bareheaded identification photos; 5. Proof of work experience. 6. Fill out the relevant application forms, autobiography, and thesis.
