In today’s LDAR projects, do the three major oil companies get to be included? It involves data confidentiality, plant safety, personnel arrangements, and so on. :Is L merely involved in the form of technical services?
Currently, LDAR acts only in a third-party capacity to detect leaks and provide repair recommendations. A legally valid test report will also need to be issued later. The three major oil companies now handle things on their own, but being both an athlete and a referee isn’t a sustainable approach in the long run
