How does the central control system enable the disconnection of circuit breakers in emergency situations?

I would like to ask about the ESD control panel in the control room of offshore oil platforms: how does it shut down a specific circuit breaker in the Motor Control Center (MCC) when the shutdown logic is triggered? Was a breakpoint 0 signal generated, which caused the circuit breaker’s electronic trip unit to lose power and thus trigger a trip? Also, if this circuit breaker does not need to be turned off by ESD, can we simply short-circuit the shutdown point corresponding to its trip device?
It should output a 0 value as a shutdown signal, which in turn causes the AC contactor coil of the corresponding device in the MCC to lose power, thereby breaking the motor control circuit. If ESD shutdown is not required, I think it’s okay to short-circuit the ESD shutdown point; this shutdown point should be located in the control circuit, not on the circuit breaker.
It’s not connected to the contactor for emergency shutdown; it must be connected to the circuit breaker, seemingly to the secondary circuit.
