What is the distinction in the medium codes for steam in the process flow diagram?

In the process flow diagram, heat exchanger steam is sometimes denoted by LPS and LPC, and at other times by S and C. What is the difference?
S is steam, C is condensed steam water； L stands for low pressure ； LPS is low-pressure saturated steam.
LPS should refer to Low-Pressure Steam, and is generally abbreviated as LS. LPC should mean Low-Pressure condensate, while steam condensate is usually abbreviated as SC (steam condensate)
