I’ve been learning to drive recently, and I get extremely nervous as soon as I get in the car. Today I had my third driving test; I took two doses of quick-acting heart medicine, but it didn’t help. How can I overcome this problem and pass the test successfully next time? This has never happened before; I wasn’t nervous even during the college entrance exams.

Think about what to do once you finish studying and get your driver’s license The deep breathing method mentioned above is one option; it’s best to have a spare car and a driver available (a friend or relative), so that you can drive around in the industrial zone or in areas with little traffic to practice more. Keep it up~!
Take a deep breath; I did that as well. Throughout this whole process, I kept taking deep breaths. The safety officer kept looking at me, and I kept telling myself, \"Don’t be nervous, don’t be nervous.\" But it didn’t work – I’m not this nervous when I’m not taking an exam, or during regular driving practice.
Sis, go and drive the bumper cars at the amusement park first; come back after driving them for half a year!
Subject 3 is probably the practical test on small roads, including starting on slopes, parking in designated spots, and all those other various tasks; it’s also the most difficult one. Adjust your mindset, have confidence in yourself, and drive in the same way you do during regular practice – there’s no other solution.
The poster has taken the wrong medicine; Suixiao Jiuxin Wan is used to speed up the heart rate
It is recommended that after obtaining your driver’s license, you walk more and drive less. Thank you
Old Fish, are you looking for trouble? Dare to provoke my Sister Qingfeng. :curse:
