The set temperature for the York chiller unit is -25 degrees, and it can basically meet this temperature right after it is started up. It has been in operation for about 3 years now. Since last year, the cooling efficiency of the unit has been declining, with the temperature generally remaining above 5 degrees. The oil was changed once in the middle; what could be the reasons for the persistently high refrigeration temperature?
Is there enough refrigerant in the evaporator, and is the heat exchange efficiency of the condenser good?
York is not good enough; it’s far inferior to domestic manufacturers like Yantai Binglun. The refrigeration units produced by our company, Yantai Binglun, are highly stable whether they use a siphon system or a brine system. Although the compressors aren’t manufactured by us, the design and manufacturing process of these refrigerators is absolutely reliable.
There are many factors that affect the cooling efficiency. It would be best if you could provide the original data as well as the current operating data, ideally all of the data displayed on the screen, so that others can help analyze it
Is the freezer overloaded? ~~This one also needs to be checked~~
When the load is around 90%, it can no longer increase; any further increase leads to an overestimated current value, which triggers forced unloading.
The refrigerant Freon is sufficient; there’s no need to add more, as making a few adjustments won’t make much difference. The heat exchange performance of the heat exchanger is fine.
At present, under the same operating conditions, as the operation time of this unit increases, its cooling efficiency becomes worse and worse.
