Depending on the purging medium and operating conditions, target plates made of different materials (paper, wood, aluminum, etc.) are selected and installed vertically at a certain distance from the purging outlet. Purging is carried out at a specified pressure for a set period of time, after which the plates are removed to check the degree of contamination or any traces present.
